Cookie spent the first 5 years of her life as a carriage horse for the Amish community in Minnesota. She is now a "Southern Girl" and enjoys riding the trails. She is a quite and unassuming girl. When she first came to Windmill she was a little on the nervous side. Allison helped her through her transition by spending a lot of grooming time with her. She also spent many quite evening hours with Cookie just sitting with her while Cookie was in her stall munching on hay.
