Penelope is a new addition to Windmill Stables.  We are training her to be in our lesson program but at this time she is ridden by our advanced riders.  She is a bay with pangare dunn Morgan/Quarter horse bundle of energy.  She has been trained with the Natural Horsemanship basics.  Her temperment is wonderful.  She loves people and wants to please.  She is registered with the American Part-Blooded Horse Registry.
