Minimum age limit to start is 5 years old if they can ride a bicycle with out training wheels.  Maximum weight limit is 200 pounds.

Our group lessons have a maximum of (4) students and last an hour. At Windmill we strive to teach a total horsemanship program involving the theory as well as philosophy of riding principles. We in turn produce effective, safe, and competent horse people.

Tuition

Payment plans for Levels I, II & J3:(1/2 Hour Privates)
$365.00 - paid in full with application - $401.50 - paid in two installments of $200.75

Payment plans for Levels III thru J2:(1 Hour Groups)
$325.00 - paid in full with application - $357.50 - paid in two installments of $178.75

A 10% late fee will be added to tuition if not paid within the first 10 days of Session start date.   Session Tuition rates are based on weekly lessons.

Pay-By-The-Lesson

Intermediate to advanced students who cannot attend lessons on a regular, weekly basis or who want to "brush up" may enroll and pay by the lesson.
Rate: $55.00 per 1/2 hour lesson, $50 per one hour group, and $65 per one hour private

For students who are not new to riding but are new to Windmill Stables they will be required to have an Assessment lesson. Rate: $65.00 per 1 hour lesson

If you have ever wanted to learn how to manage and care for a horse on the ground and/or manage a stable, please call Freya at 214-738-4786.  She is the Horse Management Organizer for the Red River Region of the United States Pony Club.  Her classes are one hour long and the cost per class per student is $30.
